Sounds familiar?

When businesses usually get in touch.

If one or more of these sounds like your business, this is a good place to start. We’ll tell you honestly if a simpler fix would do.

  • Staff are already using AI tools, but nobody has agreed how.
  • You’re worried about client information being pasted into public tools.
  • You bought AI licences but very few people use them.
  • Your team doesn’t know where AI helps and where it gets things wrong.

How it works

How the work runs.

  1. 01

    Understand current use

We find out what tools people use, for what, and with which information.

  2. 02

    Agree the rules

Together we write a short policy covering approved tools, data and review steps.

  3. 03

    Train on real work

Sessions use your own tasks, so people learn what helps and what to double-check.

  4. 04

    Follow up

We check in after a few weeks to see what’s working and answer new questions.

Agree the work before the tools

What a focused engagement can include.

Define the scope

A selected first use case, a review of available information and practical guidance for the people using the tools.

Build a useful first version

Team exercises, review rules and a pilot plan that identifies where AI can help and where a person must decide.

Test and hand over

Check realistic examples, failure cases, human handoffs and access. Document how to operate, maintain and stop the system before expanding its use.

What affects the cost?

Tool subscriptions, model usage, call volume, data preparation, integrations and ongoing support are separate scoping decisions. We agree the pilot, acceptance checks and recurring-cost assumptions before a larger rollout.

Our local focus is Surrey and Metro Vancouver. Suitable projects can be delivered remotely elsewhere.

Helpful answers

Questions worth asking before you start.

What does AI onboarding include?

We help map the opportunity, prepare the information and workflows involved, and give your team a clear path for responsible first use.

Can onboarding start with one department?

Yes. A focused pilot can make adoption easier to learn from before a wider rollout.

Is this training for beginners?

It works for mixed groups. We start with the basics and move quickly to the tasks your team actually does.

Which AI tools do you cover?

Usually the ones you already pay for, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, plus any others you’re considering.
